wandelt Software die als BDM-Files, also EEprom oder Flash Files so um, dass man sie mit der serial download software in Nokia Mediamaster ueber die RS232 Schnittstelle einspielen kann.
Achtung: getestet nur mit Nokia 9200 FTA1.0, Telepiu 2.051, Bakker 3.0, 3.3, Dream 5 und allen BDx.x mit Mediamaster 9200 und 9500

ser2bdm.com verwendet man, um eine Software fuer die Box die mit serial download zu laden ist, so zu wandeln, dass man zwei oder mehr Files erhaelt, die man dann mit BDM Modul und bdm-software in die Box programmieren kann.
Normalerweise hat man z.B. eine Datei 'nfta10.bin'

Der Aufruf meines Tools waere dann: bdm2ser nfta10.bin eeprom.bin
nach Abschluss der Wandlung hat man dann die Files 'eeprom.00' und 'eeprom.01' als Minimum. Multichoice Soft produziert noch ein File 'eeprom.02'..

wer bisher noch nicht die Moeglichkeit hat Software ueber RS232 mit dem serial download server von Nokia in die Box zu laden kann folgendes tun, vorrausgesetzt er hat einen brauchbaren Bootloader...

Man braucht ein bootloader file z.B. 'b20uns.bin' oder 'nb101.bin', dann kann man mein Tool so aufrufen:
bdm2ser nb101.bin nfta10.bin eeprom.bin
man erhaelt nun gleichfalls die Files 'eeprom.00' und 'eeprom.01' als Minimum. Multichoice Soft produziert noch ein File 'eeprom.02'. Aber nun ist darin ein neuer Bootbereich enthalten, der es erlaubt in Zukunft Software ueber RS232 in die Box zu laden. Dazu die Files 'eeprom.xx' mit dboxhack.exe oder was auch immer bei gesetztem Unprtect Jumper XP06 oder X06 programmieren.
Wenn dies geklappt hat den Jumper immer entfernt lassen!

Be aware that this is only testet with Nokia 9200 FTA 1.0, Telepiu 2.051, Bakker 3.0, 3.3, Dream 5 and all DF1 versions like BDx.x with Mediamaster 9200 and 9500 and also original Digi-Boxes !
serial downloads into Digi-Boxes only if the Beta Digital Bootloader is exchanged against the original Nokia bootloader in Flash memory.

ser2bdm.com can be used to convert an serial downloadable software for your box into two or more files which can be transfered to your box using BDM module and dboxhack.exe.

Normaly you have only one serial software file e.g. 'nfta10.bin'
So call my tool: bdm2ser nfta10.bin eeprom.bin
after processing you got 'eeprom.00' and 'eeprom.01'. Multichoice software will produce also 'eeprom.02'...

Advanced:
If you are not able to download software via RS232 to your box using Nokia serial download server because of wrong boot area and you have an valid bootloader you can do this with my tool:
You must have bootloader file like e.g. 'b20uns.bin' or nb101.bin' than you should call my tool in this way:

bdm2ser nb101.bin nfta10.bin eeprom.bin

after processing you got also 'eeprom.00' and 'eeprom.01' and Multichoice soft will produce also 'eeprom.02' but now you can insert unprotect jumper XP06 or P06 and now you can programm your box with new software including new boot area. The bennefit will be that you can use serial download server in future to transfer software to the box without using BDM any more...
If sucessfull with this remove jumper for ever.
